WEEK 9/10 - Final 'Statement of Intent'

Information on your target audience and how you are attracting them:

"Where is the Love?" by The Black Eyed Peas seems most relevant to the 16-25 target audience as I feel this age group range will be socially aware and conscious of the current problems mentioned such as, terrorism, war, hypocrisy, racism, gang crime, pollution and intolerance/violence against the LGBTQ+. As well as this they can also join and start movements to make a change to fix these issues.

At the end of the music video lots of different individuals of all ages and ethnic backgrounds are seen looking up into the sky. This could show how they are all coming together and realising that this is their 'one world' and they need to protect it.

Location/setting plans:
I would like to use a wide variety of different locations and settings within my music video to give it a wide spread feel like the original video.

Equipment plans:
I will be using props and costumes. An example being a 70s hippie outfit to represent peace.

Crew roles:
I will need extras in my music video to represent different ages and ethnic backgrounds. I will also need someone to help with the lighting as I will be unable to do this and film simultaneously.

Effects in video:
I am going to use a wide range of different camera shots which will give the music video a different effect. An example of this would be that I would film at an eye level shot so the audience would feel like they are looking directly at the person on the screen at the time. I am hoping this will make the music video more meaningful and personal.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions I had to adapt my music video.
